Executive Director
Co-founder of the Maples Group, Dodge has 15 years of experience in advisory and IPO management, developing extensive capital market expertise from managing successful IPOs. Demonstrating his global governance acumen, he currently serves as an INED and Audit Committee Chairman for a NASDAQ-listed company. He is also a cornerstone investor of a HK-listed company. He integrates IT and finance to lead M&A and digital transformation projects, particularly in the tech sector. He also provides strong PMO leadership for business transformations and is an expert in Hong Kong/Mainland China tax planning and corporate restructuring.
